SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping is “Recorded Delivery” by Royal Mail as standard within the UK, however sometimes items may be sent direct form the lab if we are short of stock and will be sent “Proof OF Postage”. International varies depending on what country items are shipped to.

UK delivery time is aimed to be within 1/3 working days and international within 10 days if for any reason items are delayed due to out of stock etc you will be notified.

Sometimes Royal Mail attempt to deliver your parcel are and “NOT” leaving an “Im sorry I missed you card” so if your item hasn’t arrived please drop us an email as it might be sitting at your local Post Office for collection.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Couldn’t be more simple…  Select the items to your cart that you wish to purchase. Fill out your delivery details and once order is complete you will receive an email with our bank details to make payment.

15% discount on orders over £400 – Code: ukms15
20% discount on orders over £600 -Code: ukms20
